Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Andes Organics online purchase, simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to remit your account for the amount of the purchase (minus any shipping charges, if any). If you prefer, you may exchange it for another item(s). If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased at www.andes-organics.co, please follow the below step by step directions:

• Email us requesting a return. An Online Service Expert will reply via email with a return authorization number and easy to follow instructions, along with a copy of your original invoice and a pre-paid return label. 
• Print the label and invoice from your email. Carefully pack items into the box and include the invoice. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
• Take the package to any USPS location or hand it over to your mailman. Full instructions are included in the return label email.

• For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, please send your return via insured USPS Ground (insurance fee is payable by you). We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
• Please allow 7-10 business days for return processing.

Returned items will be processed promptly, usually within 3-5 business days of receipt.
